Nominations Now Open for TESTERS CHOICE Awards
September ballot will allow subscribers to Software
Test & Performance Magazine to choose their favorite test, QA and
performance management tools

LLC today announced that nominations are open for the Software Test &
Performance TESTERS CHOICE™ awards, which will recognize the most popular
software test and performance management tools available to enterprise
Test/QA teams.
The first annual TESTERS CHOICE allows the magazine's
subscribers to vote for their favorite software test and performance tools.
The nomination period for products to be included on the ballot is from July
1 through August 8, 2005. Voting will be open from September 1 through
September 30, 2005. Nomination forms may be obtained from
STPmag.com/testerschoice.

Magazine, said, "The TESTERS CHOICE awards recognize excellence in software
test and performance tools. The awards encompass the full range of tools
designed to improve software quality."
The 2005 TESTERS CHOICE awards will be presented in 14
specific categories: Data Test/Performance, Functional Test Tools,
Static/Dynamic Code Analysis, Test/QA Management, Defect/Issue Management,
Load/Performance Test Tools, Web Services Test Tools, Security Test Tools,
Test Automation Solution, Embedded/Mobile Test/Performance, SCM/Build
Management, .NET Test/Performance, Java Test/Performance and
Integrated Test Suite. Products may be nominated in multiple
categories.
Within each category, the top vote-getter will be
presented as the TESTERS CHOICE WINNER for that category. The next two
vote-getters within each category will be recognized as TESTERS CHOICE
FINALISTS.
Software Test & Performance will also present a special
2005 TESTERS CHOICE GRAND PRIZE award.
The winners of the TESTERS CHOICE awards will be
recognized November 2, 2005, at the Software Test & Performance Conference
in New York (STPcon.com), and will
be featured in the December 2005 edition of Software Test & Performance
Magazine. The results will also be posted to the
STPmag.com Web site on December 1,
2005.
