David Lyman Named Publisher
of BZ Media's SD Times
Expert in print and online advertising takes the helm
of leading software development industry publication

Huntington,
N.Y., November 6, 2008 — BZ Media LLC today announced that David Lyman has
been named Publisher of SD
Times, the twice-monthly newspaper of record for the software
development industry.
David Lyman joined BZ Media in January 2006 as Regional Sales Manager for SD
Times, and was named Associate Publisher of SD Times in August 2007.
Previously, Mr. Lyman had served as National Sales Manager at Fawcette
Technical Publications, which was recently acquired by 1105 Media Inc. Mr.
Lyman is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University
of Massachusetts, Amherst.
As Publisher of SD Times, Mr. Lyman oversees print and online advertising
sales, including a wide variety of e-newsletters, Webinars, special
supplements, banners and lead-generation programs. He will also coordinate
with BZ Media’s marketing department on all programs regarding the SD Times
brand, and work with corporate management, IT and other departments to
expand the reach of the SD Times business.
